Q: Do you work with clients internationally?
A: Yes! As a flight attendant, I work across time zones regularly. I'm based in the UK but support clients globally.
Q: What if I need more hours some months?
A: We can add additional hours at £75/hour as needed. Packages are flexible based on your business needs.
Q: How quickly can we start?
A: Currently booking for January 2025. Limited spots available to maintain quality of service for existing clients.
Q: What if it's not a good fit?
A: 30-day notice period on either side. No long-term contracts or commitments required.
Q: Do you sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements?
A: Absolutely. Discretion and confidentiality are standard practice.
Q: What tasks DON'T you handle?
A: I don't handle graphic design, website development or bookkeeping. I focus purely on operations and admin support.
Q: How do we communicate?
A: However works best for you - email, WhatsApp, Slack, or scheduled calls. We'll set this up during onboarding.
Q: What's your response time?
A: Email responses within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent matters flagged appropriately get faster response.
